Reality Check has been rescuing technology implementations for global companies since 1997. We've brought projects back from near-death, and enabled leaders and their businesses to return to their day jobs instead of freaking out about a paralyzing project.

Despite fantastic leaps in technology since 1997, our ability to manage large implementations has barely evolved. In my view, projects still fail for the same core reasons that they did when I started the business. These are management failures, not technology failures.
