Reality Check helps large and mid-sized organizations get wayward technology projects back on track.  We assess and rescue many types of projects including, but not limited to, complex ERP and CRM implementations, Digital Transformations, and Artificial Intelligence deployments.

How long does the process take?

Our rapid project assessment can take as little as two weeks to complete.  More complex projects may require additional weeks, but not many more.

Depending on the project challenges, the rescues can take some months.  Our objective is to get your project back on track as quickly as possible.

Can you work with our technology vendors and implementation partners to get a project back on track?

Yes.  Reality Check is technology agnostic and vendor independent.  We work with your partners to ensure the common objective of a successful project.

What happens if my project is not fixable?

Accepted Answer

Although we aspire to get any wayward project back on track, sometimes projects are not able to be economically or practically recovered.  As part of our objective assessment, we opine on this possibility and also provide recommendations to you as to how to limit loss.  We are often asked to work directly with a client's technology vendors, implementation partners and attorneys to make this  happen.
